1.Each good sold is new and in good condition when posted out to customers. We will check each item to make sure it is defect free before posting to you. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibilities for damage to goods or loss of goods during transit. Customers may follow up such cases with the courier service provider.

4. We cannot offer refund if the goods bought are not 100% as you expected. This may be due to lighting of camera causing colour to be slightly different from photo, or supplier sending us goods slightly different form what was shown in photo to us (apply for pre-order goods). For ready stocks, we will try to describe the goods as accurately as we can through photos and words.

4. Our price are fixed and are non-negotiable.
5. Payment is to be made within 3 days of receiving invoice. We have the right to sell the invoiced item to another customer if we don’t hear from the buying customer after 3 days.
6. We only post out goods once payment clears. We will inform you when order have been posted out and inform the tracking number.
7. For pre-orders, we will fully refund if the order you make is out of stock due to not enough stocks sent by supplier or cancelled factory production. Please be aware also that it is common for stocks to be delayed, ETA (estimated date of arrival) is only estimation.
